Integrity Leadership 2017 10 | P a g e Reporting an Ethical Issue It is difficult to build and maintain an ethical workplace if employees are reluctant to report suspected or blatant ethical misconduct. With this in mind, the Company has provided several avenues for employees to make good faith reports of unethical behaviors or incidents. The matrix below shows the most common methods. Even though Martin Marietta has a zero tolerance policy pertaining to retaliation and ensures that no employee will suffer indignity or retaliation because of a report he/she makes, employees may choose to report incidents anonymously. Nonetheless, all employee reports are handled as confidentially as possible. However, by identifying yourself to the Ethics Hotline, Manager or Division Human Resources Representative, you provide a valuable resource for additional communication that may be necessary.
