When these values are in conflict, you are faced with an ethical dilemma. Ethical dilemmas are tough decisions between two opposite actions—where either one could be right. Remember, some actions at Martin Marietta are “black and white” when they violate our Code of Ethical Business Conduct, human resource policies, or safety procedures. These actions can lead to disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.
