Sometimes it is clear if there has been a violation of our Code of Ethical Business Conduct, other times we may not be as sure. If you find making the decision if something is, or is not, a violation of our Ethics Code, ask yourself these questions (pg. 15 of the Code): Is it legal? Is it consistent with our Code of Ethical Business Conduct and Policies? Is it consistent with my core values? What would I tell a loved one to do? How would I feel if it were made public?
