Any employee who believes that he or she has been harassed is strongly encouraged to confront the person responsible for the harassment and request that such conduct cease. B. An employee who believes that he/she has been harassed, discriminated against, or retaliated against should promptly report the facts of the incident(s) to his or her supervisor and/or to the Human Resources Department. Employees may report complaints against their supervisors directly to Human Resources. C. All complaints will be investigated promptly by Human Resources, and appropriate actions/disciplinary measures, up to and including termination, will be taken. Confidentiality will be protected to the extent possible. D.
