This will allow us to center our fabric in the hoop. Hoop a piece of Sticky Back Tear-Away stabilizer. The Sticky Back Tear-Away stabilizer will look something like this once you remove the top portion. To reveal the adhesive portion of the stabilizer we will begin by taking a seam ripper and scoring an “X” on the stabilizer.
