CONSTRUCTING YOUR OTTOMAN Z Next, top stitch all sides of your pouf ottoman using 1/8”. Your top stitch should look like this once you finish all sides. Once your bag is filled, pin in place to contain the stuffing inside. You’ll want to pin as far down as possible, to help allow you more room to sew. Next, hand sew the “Last” side closed. You’re all done! Your completed pouf ottoman should look something like this once you’re finished! Y 1.5” 1.5” Turn the bag right side out. Notice that the open side is sewn a 1 ¹/₂” in on both ends. This will help give our seams a nice clean finish like the other seams. AA Now we’ll use a bean bag fill to stuff the pouf ottoman.
