ACCESS / USB Transferring Using a Macintosh Operating System When you insert your design CD into your Mac computer, the process will look slightly different, but you’ll find that the steps are very similar. The design CD will appear on your desktop by name. Double click the CD to access the files. A new window will open. Inside, you will find a folder for each collection. We are going to use Artful Aviary in this example. Double-click to open the collection folder. Once you open the collection you will see three folders. You will want to use both the tutorial and tutorial steps to complete your stitch out. As you scroll through the tutorial version, you’ll find a stitched sample of each design. The steps tutorial will just have a small thumbnail picture and design steps. Look through and determine which designs you would like to stitch. In this case, we’re going to stitch AVIARY2. 1 2 3 4
