ACCESS / USB Transferring Using a Macintosh Operating System There are a couple ways to copy your designs over to your USB stick: The first is “Drag and Drop.” You could click and hold your mouse on the file you would like to use. Continue holding the mouse as you drag the file over to your USB folder. Once you are in the USB box, let go of the mouse. The file name should appear in the USB box. The second way is “Copy and Paste.” Right click on your file on the CD, and select “Copy” from the drop down menu that appears. Then right click in the USB box, and select “Paste” from the drop down menu. A new dialog box may appear as your computer copies the files over. When the files have finished copying over, the box will disappear. We now have a copy of the design we want to use on the USB stick. Repeat necessary steps for other design files. Remove the USB stick from your computer by right clicking the up arrow beside your USB stick in the menu to the left side of your window. 9 10 11 12
