It is very contagious. It is spread is three ways – through direct contact between dogs (such as licking), through the air (by coughing and �������������������� �������� ���������� �������������������������� ������- faces (playing with a shared toy). The signs of a dog with a mild case may include lasting cough, low-grade fever, nasal discharge, lack of energy and loss of appetite. More severe signs are pneumonia and high fever. This disease is dif- ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ confused with Bordetella (canine cough) ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������� �������� �������������� �������������������� ���������� �������������������������� will need to collect blood or a nasal swab sample. ���������� ���������� �������� ������ ���������� �������� �������������� ��������- ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������� raise the risk even higher such as dog parks, shelters, kennels, groomers, pet ���������������� �������� ���������������� �������������������������� ������������ and animal hospitals.
