Not merely repeat visitors, you are an important part of the Brookgreen family in so many ways. We certainly couldn’t accomplish everything we try to do in the gardens without your support. In March, Member Households surpassed the 10,000 milestone, which equates to some 30,000 Member cardholders. You are a major force and a top priority for us. We appreciate your calls and visits, your participation in our programs and events, and, above all, your sharing with us the wonderful experiences you and your families enjoy here. We want to make your Brookgreen experience special each time you stop by. Your Members’ Garden Path Newsletter and the Summer Journal, along with our weekly enews, give you advance notice of everything that will be happening at Brookgreen. When you arrive at the Admissions Plaza, you will be warmly greeted by a member of our stellar Guest Services staff . Th is is your home! Stop in any day of the year (except Christmas) to stroll the gardens or one of Brookgreen’s four walking trails, pick up a last-minute gift in Keepsakes, or enjoy lunch with friends on the Pavilion’s newly-named Gladys’ Garden Terrace. Your Member Card is your passport to discounts onsite and online, including Keepsakes shopping and Member-only holiday and plant sales; Brookgreen’s three refreshing dining venues; and several ticketed events annually, such as Nights of a Th ousand Candles; while the majority of our public events, such as the upcoming Harvest Home Weekend, are free to Members. Entertain your guests at Brookgreen with your complimentary Guest Passes and discounted gardens passes. Stop by the Membership Offi ce or Membership Desks in Keepsakes and the Welcome Center to renew or upgrade your Membership, and for any assistance we can off er. Which Member Benefi ts mean the most to you? You’ll have an opportunity to weigh in on this timely question when you receive your online Member Survey in September. Please take a few minutes to help us quantify the value to you of the benefi ts Brookgreen provides our Members.
