Brevard Learners Achieving Successful Transition
A federally funded program with
no income criteria, providing early
intervention services for eligible infants
and toddlers (birth to 36 months) with
significant delays or a condition likely to
result in a developmental delay. Services
are provided to support Brevard County
families and caregivers in developing the
skills to help their child develop in the
places they live, learn, and play. Using a
Team Based Primary Service Provider
Coaching approach to empower each
eligible family by providing a team of
professionals from the beginning of
