A Holistic Approach to Cancer Care
There’s more to cancer treatment than cutting-edge medical care.
Building the Future
of Cancer Care
The expansion of Baptist MD
Anderson Cancer Center in
2018 will dramatically enhance
every aspect of the patient and
family experience. In addition to
dedicated clinics offering highly
specialized care, the 330,000-sq.-
ft. structure will include imaging,
immunotherapy, radiation therapy,
infusion therapy with calming
views of the St. Johns River, as well
as original artwork and sculptures
throughout the campus. A cafe will
feature indoor/outdoor seating,
and a retail store with a spa-like
environment will help patients
address possible changes that occur
during the treatment process. Once
completed, the new center will
triple the capacity of the current
center — and bring hope to more
patients across the region.
