There are a few more boats
in the canal, and the pier has
been rebuilt a time or two,
but our little beach town
remains largely unchanged
over the last 70 years. White
sand beaches stretch as far as
the eye can see. Calm Gulf
waters sparkle in the sun. The
fishing and seafood are some of
the best in the world. The Parker
Realty family has been blessed to
live and work here, and we are
honored to share this paradise with
you. We know that after one visit
to Mexico Beach, you’ll always
want to return for more. That’s

Rental Policy and
MAKING RESERVATIONS: When making
reservations, half of rent, tax and a $75.00
reservation fee are required. Receipt of payment,
along with your signed confirmation, is due
within 10 days of your initial call. Balance of
rent, tax, and cleaning/damage deposit is due
30 days before arrival. Personal checks will
only be accepted for reservation deposits
made 30 days before arrival. All fees subject
to Florida Sales Tax and County Bed Tax.
Only travelers checks, money orders, cash,
MasterCard, Discover or Visa will be accepted
on reservations made less than 30 days before
arrival. Refunded deposits are usually mailed
14 days after departure.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at the Parker Realty
office, 3016 U.S. Hwy. 98 in Mexico Beach,
Florida. Our office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm
Central Time. Check-in is after 3:00pm Central
Time. If you are planning to arrive after office
hours, please arrange key pickup with us.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is before 11:00am
Central Time. Rental weeks run Saturday to
Saturday unless otherwise specified. Upon your
departure, return the 2 keys provided at check-in
to the Parker Realty office. The lost key charge
is $5.00. There is a $25.00 service charge if you
require assistance to enter your unit after hours.
HOUSEKEEPING: All homes are housekeeping
units. Each home is furnished and equipped
according to the owner’s preference. All have
a range, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery,
pillows, color TV with basic cable, BBQ grill
and air conditioning (unless specified otherwise).
Please make yourself at home during your stay.
Homes are neat and clean when you arrive so
please leave them that way for the next guest.
This includes washing dishes and replacing them
in cabinets, removing trash, making beds and
general cleaning. If this is not done, you will be
charged a cleaning fee. There is a surcharge for
stays of less than 3 days. Do not rearrange, move
between units or take any furnishings to the
beach. If furniture has to be put back in original
order, there will be a charge. Please remember
to bring your own linens (unless renting, see
below), paper goods, bath and cleaning supplies,
prescription medication, beach towels, beach
chairs, swimsuits, sunscreen, sunglasses and
cameras. If you don’t want to be bothered
with bringing your own linens, you can contact
Hospitality Linens at 850-227-3472 or order online
at www.hospitalitylinens.net. Linens will be
waiting for you to pick up when you check in
at the Parker Realty office.
