NOTES
If you lost or misplace your fuelcard, contact the Fuel Department
Monday-Friday 0730-1600 CST (800-395-3616) or Rd. Service 24
hours (800-695-1038) immediately. You can pick up a new fuelcard at
any of the Marten Terminals.
Company drivers, if you need fuel and can’t make it to a Marten
designated fuelstop, only put enough fuel to get to the next
Marten stop (no more than 50 gallons). You will need to get a
PO & T-Chek (use Macro 37). Make sure to turn in the fuel receipts
anytime you pay for fuel with something other than the fuelcard.
Make sure when getting both tractor and reefer fuel that it shows both
on the fuel receipts. Do not combine the reefer fuel with the tractor
fuel. It needs to be separate from the tractor fuel. Marten gets a tax
credit on reefer fuel, but it needs to show as reefer fuel.
Make sure that your transactions are completed at the pump
before leaving.
