• Transition Planning
• Diploma/Graduation Options
• Employment/Vocational
Rehabilitation
• Supporting Choices
(Guardianship &
Other Options)
Interact with educators and representatives from local and state
agencies and organizations. Speak directly with agencies that provide
services for transition-age students (14-22) in your community.
