bottomlands and ridge tops with mixed hardwood forests.
There are cleared areas with agricultural crops, warm and
cool season grass and “old field succession” habitats.
Hunters will experience a rewarding day afield pursuing
white-tailed deer, waterfowl, quail, rabbits, wild turkey,
woodcock, ducks and squirrels. The area is open under
statewide regulations although there are some expectations.
