Denise Gower has 20 years of experience in senior
level marketing, event management and business
development roles across both B2B and B2C industries,
including international financial services, tourism and
real estate development.
Denise has developed specialised skill sets in both
traditional and digital communications, including
strategic planning, public relations, brand development,
and inbound marketing.
Denise is the founder and managing director
of Fountainhead, an integrated marketing
communications agency based in the Cayman Islands,
working with some of Cayman’s largest brands and
other clients around the region.
Denise has an MBA with a marketing specialisation
from Heriot Watt’s Edinburgh Business School and
has a post-graduate diploma in digital marketing. She
is the chair of the board of directors for the Cayman
Islands Crisis Centre and is a past council member of
the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce.

Adrian was appointed the Managing Director of Aon
Insurance Managers (Cayman) Ltd.
in March 2014. Prior to joining Aon Cayman, Adrian
spent seven years as the CEO of a private client
advisory group, offering private placement life
insurance structures. Adrian also serves as Managing
Director of Aon Risk Solutions (Cayman) Ltd., Aon’s
broking operation in the Cayman Islands. He has overall
management responsibility for Aon’s captive insurance
operations in the Cayman Islands.
Adrian began his career with London Reinsurance
Group in Dublin as an Accident & Health Underwriting
in 1995. He joined International Risk Management
Group Cayman (subsequently Aon Insurance Mangers
(Cayman) in 1998 as an Underwriter on their captive
business, moving to Aon New York in 2001 as Vice
President of Business Development. In 2005 as Senior
Vice President he left Aon New York to establish his own
private client advisory group.
Adrian is an insurance graduate of the University of
Limerick, Ireland, 1995 and is a corporate governance
graduate of the University College Dublin Smurfit
Business School 2008. He is a member of the Chartered
Insurance Institute Dublin and the Irish Institute of
Directors. He has served as a non-executive director
on a number of boards in Ireland in previous years. He
currently acts as the marketing committee chair of the
Insurance Managers Association of Cayman.

Martin joined Hyperion in 2008, and is responsible for
the management of Hyperion’s operations. He is a key
client liaison officer and primary point of contact for the
insurance, reinsurance and fronting carriers Hyperion
works with. Martin manages the relationships with
auditors, actuaries and TPA’s that Hyperion use.
