I sat down with Vicky Lin, owner,
Bakery and why it has become so popular.
The ‘why’ becomes obvious. It’s
not just a bakery, but a café that offers
only fresh, organic meals, made with
seasonal fruits and vegetables promoting
healthy eating. “I always wanted
to have a bakery/café because my

Vicky’s concern is that so many people don’t know what
they are eating, they think they have an allergy to this or that.
“I come from a backgrround where I was allergic to many

their condition. Many regular customers will stop in and say
it works for them. They usually return to give us an update
on how they are feeling. This is just one way we try to help

Vicky’s goal is to teach the community to be cautious of

parts of our organs. As an example, the yellow color goes
into our spleen, red goes into our heart, white into our lungs,
black into the kidneys and green into the liver. This is a very

the morning to help the body get ready for the day. Lin prepares
the ingredients dry so that you can cook it at home.
