Always FRESH...
Always Delicious!
Veteran Zephyrhills' Restaurateur and Chef, Michael Mira, has
been cooking up the area's freshest meals for the past 21 years.
in 2000 he purchased the seasonal Maine-ly New England, which
quickly became a year-round local favorite.
In 2013, he sold Maine-ly New England during the down
economy but was quickly drawn back to his passion of cooking
but Mira quickly realized that he was missing out on the winter
business boom, as many northerners weren’t as familiar with
Cuban cuisine, as is the local population who have grown up
After talking to some people while in line at the grocery
store in 2015, he changed the name.
“I asked them if they liked Cuban food and they said no!
I then asked them if they had ever eaten Cuban food, and they
again responded no, ” said Mira.
So Mira went home and created a menu which contained
the most popular of his Cuban dishes, but added a whole bunch
of country comfort foods like meatloaf, country fried steak and
shepards pie. Upon adding a bunch of fresh seafood and scratch
fresh to order meals at the area's very best prices… all meals,
sandwiches and salads come with a drink and dessert included
in the price. We want our customers to be able to
afford to dine with us several times a week not
just on an occasion, and we've structured our
meals averaging at about $10, ” Mira says.
Kids meals are 50% off their regular menu
prices and average about $5 for good home cooked
meals instead of fried chicken tenders and
burgers that are offered everywhere else.
moved to its new, larger location at
Pin Chasers Bowling Center and
offers a large outdoor patio with a bar.
