Dear SFSC Performing Arts Patron,
What one word would you use to describe
SFSC Performing Arts? If you were in charge,
what would you change? You can answer
these questions on our updated customer
service survey.
Customer service surveys are critical to
our success because they help us understand
your needs, assess our performance and
improve our overall performance. While we cannot control the
artist’s performance or details such as the costuming, scenic
design or song selection, SFSC Performing Arts can respond
to your comments on your ticket buying experience, program
selection and our facilities and staff.
Funders like foundations and government agencies
require us to provide specific information like age, gender,
race or ethnicity and attendance. Surveys help us collect this
information, so I am asking you to complete an online survey.
It will take less than ten minutes and provide meaningful
information to enhance your experience at the Alan Jay
Wildstein Center for the Performing Arts or the University
Center.
Go to sfscARTS.org/2019survey and share your thoughts,
opinions and comments. Your response will assist with
future programming, improve services and provide valuable
feedback to our funders.
I know that you are busy and have many commitments, but
this is enormously important to us and may help with future
