It's spring already—out with the old and in with
the new! What will be new for you this spring?
This quarter, we bring you great information
to move towards a new and healthier path. Let's
begin with getting your oral cancer screening.
All of us are at risk for oral cancer. April is Oral
Cancer Awareness month, so it is a perfect time
to schedule that appointment (see page 12).
May is National Physical Fitness & Sports
Month, so there is no better time to step up
your game and get moving. Exercise is great for
body and mind—and while you work hard to be
healthy, you can indulge a little and enjoy some
sweet chocolate—for real (see page 24)!
