HOW TO REMEMBER US IN YOUR WILL
MAKING A BEQUEST IS EASY
Many people have good intentions about providing for Jesuit High School,
but they do not always follow through with their plans. Perhaps you have
been considering a gift to us, but your cash flow prevents an outright gift.
When considering the various deferred gifts discussed in this booklet,
please keep in mind that one of the simplest ways for you to make a future
contribution to us is through your will.
Example: To expedite your good intentions, here is a recommended
clause for making an outright, unrestricted bequest to us.
Jesuit High School is to receive the (sum of _______ or _______
percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate). This bequest is
unrestricted, and the board or other governing body may use and expend
the bequest in any manner it deems appropriate.
If you make annual gifts to Jesuit and would like to continue your
support even after your lifetime, you can arrange an endowed gift through
your will. This will ensure that your gift will continue in perpetuity.
If you are planning to make Jesuit one of your beneficiaries, we
encourage you to tell us now. That way, we can help you obtain the
greatest possible satisfaction from your gift.
