September 8th (Sunday): Wesley Chapel, FL- An open
show with 31 classes held at the Shops of Wiregrass
28211 Paseo Dr.(33543) and presented by Premium Productions
2019 Series Open Car & Truck Show. There
will be Two Best of Shows for each class, and 20 overall
Best of Show trophies in division. Club Participation $100
(10 member minimum). Pre-registration $20, day of show
$25. Registration 10 a.m. till 12 noon. Music, vendors,
food and drink available. Rain or Shine. Judging begins
at 12:15 p.m. with awards beginning around 4 p.m. No
cars will be allowed to leave until after the awards ceremony
is over (this is a Wiregrass safety rule). Violators
will be banned from participating in future Wiregrass

12th & 13th (Sat. & Sun.): Tampa, FL-28th Annual Slamfest
at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Awards include Top
50 and Best Of’s, $500 Best of Show Car, $500 Best of
Show Truck, $500 Mini Madness Club Pick, $250 Slamfest
Limbo Contest. Pre-registration $40 by Sept. 29th,
after Sept 29th $50. Registration includes admission for
2 people and 1 vehicle for the entire weekend. Extra armbands
may be purchased through registration for $15 per
person for the weekend. Spectator admission is $10 per
person, per day. Children 12 and under are admitted for

hosted by the Gulf Coast Region of the Vintage Chevrolet
Club of America, held at East Lake United Methodist
Church at 2801 East Lake Rd. (34685). Open to all classic
and custom cars and trucks. 1st and 2nd place for the
following classes: Chevrolet, Ford, Pontiac, Mopar, and
other Domestic Makes , Truck, Foreign, Prewar, Street
Rod, Corvette, Mustang. Music, prize giveaways, 50/50
drawing, food and drinks available. Registration limited to
100 cars. Registration 9-11am, show hours 10am to 3pm.
Pre-Registration $15 by Oct. 17th, day of show $20. Free
