The Honda Classic is a professional golf tournament on the PGA
����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
following the “West Coast Swing.” Since 1982, Honda (American
Honda Motor Company) has been the title sponsor of The Honda
Classic. The tournament has been located in venues such as Miami,
Lauderhill, Weston and Coral Springs prior to coming to Palm Beach
Gardens in 2003. The Honda Classic has called PGA National Resort
& Spa its home since 2007. Since 2007, the tournament’s main ben-
