at it again, this
time in the real
estate industry.
Led by Marcus
Price, the team
is in the process
of building Cash
King Realty with
a goal of taking
the company
public within
5 years. Price
admits that
when they built
Goin’ Postal
they learned
what they
were doing by
experimenting.
Arriving in the
United States
in 91, Price started and ran a long line of small
businesses, gaining more business concepts with
each one eventually helping to build Goin’ Postal.
With all that small business experience, nothing
prepared Price for what it would take to run a global
company. The big business knowledge had to be

victories, and day-after-day learning what it takes to
compete against the world’s biggest companies.
Using that hard-earned business experience the
team formed Cash King Realty. Over the years, Price
accumulated an expansive real estate portfolio and
learned the real estate business, and after changing
the franchise industry for the better with Goin’
Postal, Price knew he could do it again within the
real estate
industry. Goin’
Postal competed
with established
companies by
providing better
service at a lower
cost, and Cash
King Realty is
doing the same.
For years the
widely accepted
commission
has been 6% or
higher, but Cash
King Realty is
changing that
by helping its
customers buy a
home and taking
a portion of the
commission it
receives from the
seller’s realtor
and paying
it back to its
own customer,
so purchasing
a home they
can get back
thousands of dollars. Listing a home with Cash King
Realty, the seller gets rebated back of half of the net
commission, again saving the seller many thousands
of dollars.
With its team of in-house designers, engineers,
programmers, attorneys and other professionals,
Cash King Realty will start selling real estate
franchises in 2020, taking on the likes of Century
21, providing world class franchisee services, but
again at a fraction of the cost, and lower costs for
franchisees mean lower end prices for customers.
