Free Pre-Concert Conversations
Have you ever wondered what Mozart, Beethoven, and other composers were thinking when they wrote
a particular piece? Join us at our Pre-Concert Conversations to find out. Pre-Concert Conversations have
wowed audiences and critics alike, not only with their depth of musicianship but with their approachable
and personable nature. These conversations allow for Rachmaninoff, Dvořák, Mahler and other composers
to be understood in the most personal and human terms, while the inside story of their music is explained.
Pre-Concert Conversations last 30 minutes. Sponsored by Susan and Frank Shaw in Honor of Janet and
Iqbal Paroo.
Masterworks and Coffee Concerts: Pre-Concert Conversations start one hour before the concert in
the concert hall and are complimentary with your ticket. (Pre-Concert Conversations are not currently
