WARRANTY
Blaklader will cover ripping or tearing of seams caused by
normal wear and tear for the lifetime of the garment. Blaklader
will also cover premature failure of any of our products
caused by defect in the original materials and workmanship.
Blaklader has the right to reimburse for minor repairs or
replace any defective merchandise at Blaklader’s option and
expense. Any product that is no longer in production and
cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable
Blaklader product. Other than the seams, Blaklader does
not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. Since all
apparel has an expected service life, normal wear and tear (including
zippers and other hardware) misuse, neglect, or obvious
abuse of the garment are not covered. Blaklader assumes
no liability for garments that have had alterations, embroidery,
or other ornamentation added to the garment.
CLAIMS
Claims for shipments on merchandise damaged or lost in
transit are to be fi led against the carrier by Blaklader. Our
shipments are carefully audited for accuracy. However, should
you fi nd it necessary to request a claim, contact us at 800-
948-6452 or send email to: info.usa@blaklader.com. Please
specify reason, order number, style number, size and quantity.
Blaklader will deny any claims not fi led within 30 days of ship
date. Credits are valid for 365 days from date of the issue.
RETURNS
New and unused garments returned for credit or replacement
are subject to inspection and approval by our return department.
Items not approved will be returned and no credit or
replacement issued. Returns will not be accepted without a
Return Authorization Number. To obtain that number please
email info.usa@blaklader.com for US returns and
info.canada@blaklader.com for Canada returns. Please be
prepared to provide style numbers, sizes, reason for return,
quantity, the original invoice number, purchase order number,
or order confi rmation number. Return Authorization numbers
are valid for 30 days on the items specifi ed. A restocking fee of
25% may apply under certain circumstances. Cartons containing
returns may not weigh more than 40 lbs.
