STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS M N The next step will tack the fabric in place. O P Continue with any additional appliqué and embroidery steps of your design until it is complete. Q R We’re now ready to begin constructing our pouf ottoman. Begin by gathering all of your fabric: three cuts that measure 13” x 16” and two cuts that measure 13” x 13”. You will also need your completed embroidered design. We used design, BLISSFULAFRICANA3 in the A size. Lay your appliqué, being sure to completely cover all placement stitches. Trim the appliqué as close to the tack down stitch as possible. Remove the design from the hoop and tear away any excess stabilizer. Helpful Hint: Since some of the stitches in the design are delicate, we use scissors to trim away any excess stabilizer, instead of tearing it away by hand. BLISSFUL AFRICANA | Full Collection | 114
