Time for you to look around, find a show, visit an exhibit or listen to a concert.
You say you have no idea where to start this season? Well,
let me just highlight a few places to start your Arts and
Culture planning.
Henry Morrison Flagler Museum (Palm Beach)
Flagler Museum is an enchanting place to visit during the
holidays. Whitehall is grandly decorated and full of traditional
Gilded Age splendor. The highlight of the season is
the lighting of the 16-foot Christmas Tree in the Grand
Hall (December 3rd). If you should miss the tree lighting,
then you must make it a point to take one of their special
Holiday Evening Tours that run from December 19t
until December 23rd. The tour will take you after hours
in Whitehall to show you many origins of our American
Christmas traditions. This is an informative and enjoyable
tour with the glow of the original 1902 light fixtures to
warm your holiday experience. Plus as each guest exits
they will receive a traditional Flagler Museum Christmas
Cracker. Come back after the holidays to enjoy their
music series that runs from January 9t until March 6t
with superb chamber music featuring an array of string
quartets and trios. And if you want something informative
to do, stop by any Sunday between February 5t through
March 5t and hear an afternoon leisurely lecture with
such visiting guest speakers as Will Englund, Richard
Rubin, Dr. Jennifer Keene, Dr. Lynn Dumenil and Dr.
Christopher Capozzola.
Palm Beach Dramaworks (West Palm Beach)
Running from December 8t through December 31st is
the riveting tale of Billy and Me. This musical thriller
play examines the turbulent friendship between two great
American playwrights – Tennessee Williams and William
Inge. The show is narrated by Tennesse Williams as a 15-
year memory from his The Glass Menagerie all the way
to the Inge’s A Loss of Roses. A play filled with love, jealousy
and destiny. Starting on February 2ⁿd until running
February 25t is the heartwarming play On Golden Pond.
Drama and chaos ensue as a retired couple’s secluded vacation
is interrupted by their daughter and her fiancé with
his son in tow.
Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum (Jupiter)

few things for you to do and enjoy. Stop in one evening
to experience one of their “Lighthouse Sunset Tours”
