L AMB CHOP S
RECIPE
Lamb
• A few teaspoons of your
favorite olive oil
• A few cloves of fresh garlic,
finely chopped
• Lamb rack (plan on one
rack per person). Ask your
butcher to French and cut
your rack into chops.
Drizzle the chops with olive
oil and chopped garlic.
Grill to desired doneness.
Pepper Jelly
• 2 Granny Smith apples
• 2 green bell peppers
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. chopped fresh mint
Chop apples & peppers. Add
sugar. Place mixture into a
sauce pan on low heat and
cook until soft. Add in the fresh
mint. Blend all together.
Serve on the side garnished
with mint leaf.
