Sky Deck
At 1,701 feet high, the Willis Tower is the tallest
building in the United States. Built in 1973, the
building contains enough concrete to build an
eight lane highway five miles long. Experience
“The Ledge”. At 1,353 feet up, The Ledge’s glass
boxes extend 4.3 feet from the Skydeck on the
103rd floor, providing unobstructed views of
Chicago...straight down! The museum-quality
interactive educational exhibits highlight Chicago
sports, architecture, history, food, music and
people. New multimedia elevator rides give visitors
one of the fastest in the world, while referencing
points of interest that match the ascending height.
Evening Cruise
From mid-April to mid-October you can enhance
your Chicago experience with a 90 minute evening
cruise on the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.
An experienced narrator will explain Chicago’s
rich history and point out interesting landmarks
and architecture.
