From the President/CEO
and Chairman of the Board
Hello Friends –
Welcome to The Straz as we
enjoy an exciting nale to
our 2017-2018 season. We
celebrate with the Merry
Murderesses in Morsani
Hall when Chicago returns
Sept. 18-23.
We have two Straz debut
offerings this month as
Pittsburgh Steelers legend
Rocky Bleier performs his
one-man show The Play in
Ferguson Hall, Sept. 21-22,
and ery violinist Lucia Micarelli takes the
Ferguson stage on Sept . 29 for a one-nightonly
engagement.
JUDITH LISI
President/CEO
Each month, we are excited to bring you
such excellent programming, and next
season promises to be month after month
of must-see artists and events. For our
2018-2019 season, we present the best
of Broadway, Broadway stars in concert,
dance, theater, comedy, opera and more.
As you are planning your ticket purchases
for these shows, remember to check
strazcenter.org regularly for updates and
new additions to our performance calendar.
We’ll be reminding you often in the
upcoming season to buy directly from us at
strazcenter.org if you want the best seats at
the best prices. Ticket scams will be more
prevalent this year because of Hamilton,
Dear Evan Hansen and other blockbuster
shows, so we want to make sure you work
directly with us to secure your seats.
Thank you for choosing to spend this time
with us. Enjoy the show, and we look
forward to seeing you back here in the
months ahead.
