Nelson has been a professional entertainer for over 25 years. He
started as a lead singer for WRABIT followed with performances
with such bands as Black Sabbath, Rush and The Guess Who. In the
1990’s, Nelson developed a passion for big band arrangements which
would eventually take him to perform his tribute to Tom Jones.
Tom Jones is a Welsh born singer. Influenced early by many
American blues, rock & roll, and jazz singers, Jones has produced hit
songs for over 60 years. Tom Jones has sold over 100 million records
including hit songs such as It’s Not Unusual, What’s New Pussycat?,
She’s a Lady, and Delilah. For his musical accomplishments, Queen
Elizabeth II bestowed upon Jones the honor of Order of the British
Empire in 1999 and knighted him in 2006.
