Race fans will notice many upgrades at the famed Sebring facility
when they arrive in March, most notably a new bridge into Green
Park for both vehicles and pedestrians and the new pit lane from
Turn 15 to the Ulmann Straight to be used for Friday’s 1000 Miles
of Sebring.
Also on the Sebring 12-Hour weekend schedule are the Michelin
Pilot Challenge, which will take place Friday prior to the 1000
Miles of Sebring, and Thursday’s IMSA Prototype Challenge race.
Practice and qualifying will begin on Wednesday.
Sebring also will feature ample off-track activities such as the traditional
driver autograph session, a display of historic race cars,
entertainment at The Spring Brake Party Zone and fireworks.
