Could it be that the intentional and thoughtful questions that we pose to our neighbor can
inspire answers that no man has taught them? Furthermore, can the questions that we ask lead
our neighbor to discover new truths hidden deep inside of them? What came out of Peter is now
the foundation for the Church. This was made possible by a question. Listening is ministry, it is
mercy, it is missional, and it is love. Listening places value on the stories of individuals and
people groups. For the believer, listening is an exchange that transforms our worldview and
understanding of God.
