Valentine’s Day Heart Kabobs
INGREDIENTS
• 1 honeydew melon
• 1 cantaloupe
• 1/2 watermelon
• 1 six-oz container plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 tablespoon frozen orange-juice
concentrate, thawed
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Ice pop sticks
PREPARATION
Kabobs
Cut fruit into one-inch thick slices. Using
a small heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut
hearts from melon slices.
Poke a hole in each heart with a toothpick,
going from top to bottom. Then thread fruit on
ice-pop sticks.
Dip
Stir together yogurt, orange juice concentrate,
and honey, until well combined. Serve with heart
kabobs.
Saint Patrick’s Day Fruit Skewers

INGREDIENTS
• 12 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
• 1 package (1 pound) Nutter Butter sandwich cookies
• Red colored sugar
• 32 vanilla or white chips
• 64 miniature semisweet chocolate chips
• 32 Red Hots candies
PREPARATION
1. Slice the apples, pears, and kiwi, to your desired size and shape.
2. When cutting the melon, be sure to cut them into a large rectangular
shape – they will be the base of the skewer and hold it upright.
3. Slide the fruit onto the skewer and fill about half way.
4. Place the skewers on a flat plate and use ribbon or washi tape to adorn
the top.
