INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup butter
• 12 ozs white chocolate chips
• 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 packet Duncan Hines Cotton
Candy Frosting Creations mix
• Pink food coloring (I used
McCormick NEON food color)
HOO’s HUNGRY
COTTON CANDY
DIRECTIONS
Line a 13×9 pan with foil and nonstick spray. Combine
sugar, butter, heavy cream and butter in a saucepan,
cook and stir over low heat. Once sugar is dissolved,
bring to a boil and stir for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in the marshmallow cream
and the chips, stirring until melted. Pour 3/4 of the mix
into lined pan. Add the cotton candy mix to 1/4 leftovers
then drizzle that over the pan.
Now, add 3 drops of the food coloring across top of
the fudge in the pan, and use a knife to make the swirls.
Refrigerate to set, then cut into squares and serve.
