General information: You have been asked to
help your best friend, Sheena, with her upcoming
birthday party. You will need to use your skills in fractions, decimals, calculating volume,
and graphing in a coordinate plane in order to help her plan her party.
Part A
Task 1: The first step of planning a party is determining the location of the party. Sheena
decided that she wants her party to be at the new Bowling Alley in Ironshore that is 8
blocks south and 12 blocks west of her house, shown below. If each square represents one
block, plot the location of the bowling alley on the graph.
