Heights District
DOWNTOWN ST. PETERSBURG
Don't miss Beach Ave. for high-end dining, rooftop bars,
shopping & art boutiques. For the artist at heart, downtown is
also home to the famed DaliMuseum, Museum of Fine Arts,
and the Chihuly Collection. Be sure to take a drive to the
Historic Northwest neighborhood, home to beautiful tree-lined
streets and grand estates.
DUNEDIN
Disconnected from the hustle and bustle of surrounding
tourist locales, downtown Dunedin is a prime example of old
Floridaquaintness. Independent diners & boutiques line Main
Street while various festivals and art fairs bring the local
community out in droves.
HYDE PARK
South of downtown, Hyde Park is a trendy destination offering
some of the leading dining and shopping in the region. Bern's
Steakhouse is an iconic staple in the neighborhood, and we
recommend Hyde Park Village for boutiques like LuluLemon,
West Elm, Vineyard Vines, & The Candle Pour. The affluent
neighborhood is also great for walking the brick drives
browsing the beautiful, large properties near Bayshore Drive.
CHANNEL DISTRICT & DOWNTOWN TAMPA
"Channelside" as it's known to the locals, is a fantastic up-andcoming
neighborhood just east ofDowntown Tampa The new
Sparkman Wharf mixed-use property offers guests an
abundance of outdoor food vendors, bars, and a Splitsville
bowling alley. The neighborhood is also home to the Florida
Aquarium.
HEIGHTS DISTRICT
The freshly renewed Heights District is the newest hot spot in
all of Tampa Bay. Home of the popular Armature Works
building, the area is seeing a boom in development in what
was previously a struggling neighborhood. Walk just up to
road to Hall on Franklin, a premium food hall that perfectly
preserves the culture of historic Tampa.
