Healthy Together is a collaborative, community-based initiative
that relies on incredible partners to be able to offer healthy lifestyle
education and activities. In addition to our key partners Chef Rov
Avila, EcoVets, Junior League of Manatee County, Turning Points,
and UF/IFAS Extension Family Nutrition Program, many other local
organizations are also helping get the word out about the program
and about the FAB perks available at the Farmers’ Market.
If you are interested in learning more about Healthy Together or
participating in the activities, please send inquiries to healthy@
realizebradenton.com.
In addition to the special Healthy Together activities and FAB
benets, families and individuals who come out to the Farmers’
Market will enjoy live music and other free, fun offerings, such as
chef demonstrations, activities for kids, gardening demos, Kids
in the Kitchen, and more! Visit www.realizebradenton.com/
events_activities for dates and times.
Also, the market annually hosts ArtSlam – which showcases
local student visual and performing arts – and the Children’s
Book Fair and Family Fun Day, scheduled for March 7th and
April 4th, respectively.
The Bradenton Farmers’ Market is a place where the community
meets each week to enjoy fresh produce, local art, upbeat music,
demonstrations by local chefs, and family activities. Parking is
free and dogs on leashes are always welcome. The Bradenton
Farmers’ Market is produced by Realize Bradenton.
