WHAT: 68th Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Presented by
Advance Auto Parts, second race of the 2020 IMSA WeatherTech
of the 2019-20 FIA World Endurance Championship.
WHEN: March 18-21, 2020. The Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring starts at
10:40 a.m. on Saturday, March 21. Gates open at 6 a.m. on Wednesday,
March 18, and remain open 24 hours a day through Saturday. The FIA
WEC 1000 Miles of Sebring starts at noon on Friday, March 20.
WHERE: Sebring International Raceway, located adjacent to Sebring
Regional Airport, three miles east of US 27. The 3.74-mile, 17-turn circuit
is the oldest road course in North America, portions of which were
originally a WWII B-17 combat crew training base.
WHO: The world’s leading sports car racing teams, featuring drivers and
teams from over 20 different countries in a unique doubleheader.
IMSA WEATHERTECH SPORTSCAR CHAMPIONSHIP: North America's
premier sports car racing series (see page 8), featuring four different
classes of competition. Sebring is also one of four races in the Michelin
Endurance Cup (see page 44).
WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP: The FIA's prestigious international
endurance racing championship, anchored by the legendary 24
Hours of Le Mans (see page 9).
