MEDIA REGISTRATION: Located in the raceway administration building
adjacent to the front entrance (Gate 2). Sebring hours are 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday through Friday (open until 8:30 p.m. on Thursday). Registration
closes at 2 p.m. Saturday. Consult sanctioning organizations for IMSA
and WEC registration hours.
MEDIA CENTER: Located in the Hall of Fame Gallery of Legends building
behind the pit structure. All seating is reserved and must be requested
in advance. All press conferences and post-qualifying and post-race
conferences will take place at this location.
Media Center hours are:
March 13-17 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
March 18 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
March 19 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
March 20-21 6 a.m. Friday through Sunday morning 2 a.m.
PHOTO SHUTTLE: Shuttles for credentialed photographers will run continuously
around the circuit beginning Wednesday morning. The pickup
point will be on the main paddock entrance road near the Media Center.
Photographers must be wearing photo vests to access the shuttles.
PHOTO MEETINGS: Photo meetings will be held daily. A schedule of
times will be distributed at registration and in the Media Center.
MEDIA PARKING: All Media parking is located on the outside of the
Ulmann Straight, adjacent to the IMSA/WEC Paddock area. A cold track
walkover entrance for Media allows for easy access to the paddock and
Media Center. When the track is hot, a shuttle service will run from the
parking area to the paddock. It is recommended that Media arrive
prior to 7:45 a.m. to take advantage of the short and direct walk to
the Media Center. On Friday and Saturday, limited Media parking will
be available inside the paddock in the area vacated by supporting race
teams.
WIFI ACCESS: Internet access will be available in the Media Center at
no charge.
MEDIA FOOD: Snacks, coffee and cold beverages will be available in
the Media Center. Pizza will be available following the WEC and IMSA
races.
