Dr. Brenda Bernstorf has been part of the executive team at Montessori Academy, Brentwood, Tennessee since 2008. Currently, she serves as the
organizational specialist. Her mission: I connect strengths, values, and mission in people to nurture dignity and transcendent goals. She loves to
facilitate in-depth conversations about leadership and leadership development including Clifton Strengths. She is a leadership coach and a nonprofit
board consultant. She holds a doctorate in organizational leadership with an emphasis in organizational development, a master’s in business
administration, and a baccalaureate degree in music education. She is a Gallup Certified Strength coach and teaches on Loyola University’s continuing

and a purpose for their work. Knowing
strengths, identifying the values of an individual
or an organization, and offering
or pursuing work that has purpose and
meaning is energizing, engaging, and
fulfilling. This leads to an exciting future!
