A rare performance of Leonard Bernstein’s Conch Town, the unfinished
ballet written during Bernstein’s first stay in Key West. The recently
discovered piano four-hand version is followed by a discussion of
how Conch Town laid the foundation for music that Bernstein wrote
throughout his career, and personal remembrances from an array of
people who knew Lenny.
