to have a transfer from The Dolphin Hotel to
Tradewinds at St. Pete Beach. A Virgin rep
advised us the pick-up would be at 8:40
a.m. When the vehicle had not arrived
after 40 minutes, I sought out Guest Service
Representative Pamela Dailey at the Mears
desk in the Dolphin. She contacted both
Mears accounts and Virgin Orlando on our
behalf and resolved the problem for us.
Pamela was exceptional because by this
stage we were getting very concerned. She
went above and beyond the call of duty and
deserves some recognition. If you have an

to change a Final Night Party venue 10 days
before an event for 6,000 people due to a
tragic mass shooting - we wouldn’t have been

helpful, but Shuttle Van Driver Todd Affricano
on the return trip was particularly helpful. He’s
a wonderful ambassador for your company and
the Orlando area! He was full of tips on the
best time for a return visit and made me want
to schedule that trip very soon. Also, please tell
him that his guess on the weight of my luggage
was spot on. He probably doesn’t need his
