Forgiveness Practice

To forgive is to make a conscious decision to choose
actually rewires the brain, moving one towards being
more in the present instead of holding onto the past.
People who regularly practice forgiveness tend to have
lower blood pressure and better immune responses.
When we forgive we are unleashing a deep kindness
towards ourselves and others. Our bodies and minds
are freer, grudges are lifted, hearts feel lighter.
