LATINA Style honored Gabriela Dow,
Owner, Mora Dow Consulting, as the
LATINA Style Entrepreneur of the Year for
San Diego. Dow is an entrepreneur and
consultant based in San Diego who works
with government agencies, global corporations,
national firms and tech startups. Her specialty is
modernization and innovation, helping public
agencies implement emerging technologies.
This award is presented to Latinas who
demonstrate the core values of entrepreneurship.

During the luncheon ceremony, Assemblywoman
Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher, District 80,
delivered the keynote message. The business
