Cherina Bornscheuer ’10
is the founding director and
president of Serenity Stables,
an equine rescue-and-rehabilitation
center in Spring Hill, FL,
which also provides equineassisted
therapy and learning.
Katie Allen ’14 received
her master’s degree in hospitality
and tourism management
as well as a graduate
certificate in event management
from the University of
Central Florida. She is working
as the event coordinator for
Golden Oak Club at Walk Disney
World Resort. Recently
she received the Walt Disney
On July 5, seven Saint Leo graduates from the
Class of 2016 graduated from Pasco-Hernando
State College’s Law Enforcement Academy. Michael
Rodrigues was selected as the class sergeant-atarms
and Casey Klaus was selected as the guidon
for the class.

in Columbia, SC, where she
has worked for three years.
Adelia Grandstaff ’15 is working
for Florida State University
in the office of undergraduate
studies as a data analyst.
Delanie McCabe ’15 recently
graduated from Michigan
State University College of
Law with her Juris Doctor
degree and will be continuing
her education at Georgetown
University Law Center in fall
for a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in
taxation.
Adelin Vinas ’15 is working
as the claims director of the
Atlantic region for the MEMIC
Group. She joined MEMIC
in 2016 as a regional claims
manager.
Roy Coley ’16 was appointed
by the City of Miami Beach
Commission as the public
works director for the city in
April. Coley has been working
for the City of Miami Beach
since 2015.
