While there is no scheduled beach replenishment work in 2019, there will be repairs to the dune
fence, planting and crossovers throughout the winter and spring of 2019. Also being reviewed
before the 2019 summer are new dune crossover mats, which were installed at 94th street and
130th street on a trial basis. The City and State will review the performance of the mats over
the winter and may install additional mats next season but ONLY at other existing handicapped
accessible dune crossovers.

home. Located on a barrier island, many Ocean City properties are at risk from coastal flooding, storm surge, and high winds. The Town of Ocean City is concerned about
