(S) Shoulder Season May 18, 2019 to June 15, 2019

Note: Rental rates may increase during the weeks of Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day.
All rental rates are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are based on beach location, property quality,
condition, furnishings and number of people the property will accommodate.
Rental Days:
Summer Season: Weeks only - Saturday to Saturday. (Unless otherwise noted) Partial week rental
may be available with 4-day notice.
Off-season: 2-3 night minimum. Monthly rentals are available for Snow Birds. October - March
Booking a Reservation: When you have made your property selection, contact our Vacation
Specialist to book your selected property. Once you have booked your reservation, you will be sent a
personalized Rental Agreement requesting a deposit and signatures. Grand Strand Vacations must
have a signed Rental Agreement prior to check in. We invite and encourage personal inspection of
properties prior to the booking of reservation.
Linens: Linen is not included in your reservation (unless otherwise noted). For your convenience:
sheets, pillowcases, towels and washcloths are available for rent at Grand Strand Vacations. Please
ask our Vacation Specialists about our linen packages when booking your vacation. Check Website
for Rental Prices.
Linen Packages:
King, Queen, or Double(Full) - (2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 towels, 2 washcloths) $25/bed
Single (Twin) (2 sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 towel, 1 washcloth) $17/bed
Bed Packages:
King, Queen or Double (2 sheets, 2 pillowcases) $15/bed
Single or Twin (2 sheets, 1 pillowcase) $12/bed
Bath Towel Package:
2 towels, 1 washcloth $9.00
Kitchen Package:
1 dish towel, 2 dish cloths $5.00
Separates:
Towels each $5.00
Wash clothes each $2.00
Bathmats each $3.00
Sheets each $7.50
Pillow cases each $2.00
Other Services: (please advise 2 weeks in advance)
Make Beds (each bed): $10.00
Delivery & Pickup Fee: $20.00
Check In: 3:00 P.M. until closing. During arrival you will be asked to provide a valid driver’s license, current
credit card and cell phone number. If you do not have a credit card, a cash deposit will be required. Note:
Check In may be delayed due to unforeseen emergency housekeeping or maintenance issues – Your
patience and understanding in these situations is very much appreciated.
Early Arrivals: We offer a limited number of 12:30 PM arrivals for those guests with special needs.
A fee of $125.00 will be charged to cover housekeeping and administration expenses. If you arrive
early, you may not be permitted to check in unless prior arrangements and payment has been made.

Arriving after hours: balance must be paid in full, rental agreement signed, speak with your Vacation
Specialists for instructions for key pick up.
Check Out: 10:00 AM (or earlier) on day of departure. There is a $50.00 per hour surcharge for every
hour property is not vacated after stated departure time of 10:00 am. If check out has not occurred
by 1:00 pm of departure day a full days rent will be charged.
Departure Cleaning: We provide departure cleaning for you. Prior to your departure all you need
to do is remove all items from the refrigerator and freezer, run the dishwasher and return all items to
their original locations, carry out all trash, and close and lock all the windows and doors. You must
leave the property in a secure and orderly fashion.
Capacity of Accommodations: All properties have maximum capacity levels regardless of available
bedding. Exceptions are made only for infants in cribs. Misrepresentation will result in eviction
